PRELIMINARY STUDY TO OBTAIN EXTRACTS OF ZIPHIUS JUJUBA. In the present study alcoholic extracts from seeds of Ziziphus Jujuba have been obtained. They are to be used as natural ingredients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry. For the characterization of the extracts several methods have been used: UV spectrometry, IR spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography, as well as high-performance liquid chromatography.
