ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS IN BISTRIŢA-NĂSĂUD COUNTY. Environmental risks in the county of Bistriţa-Năsăud. This period is characterized by an increase of environmental risk phenomena, both in frequency and intensity. By studying the risk phenomena is facilitate the decisional process for the anthropic actions with significant impact upon environment. But this kind of analysis is very complex and require an interdisciplinary knowledge and information.
