Abstract: Ambiental temperature is for the developement of preimplantational embryos essential taking in account that there are natural variation of temperature with the time. The aim of our study was to investigate the suddenlly temperature changes over 24 h, at different values compared with body normally temperature of experimented animals. We consider that the temperature is essential also for in vitro developpment of embryos. The conclusion of experiments was that the higher the time of exposition of embryos at different temperature the neagative effects on the developement.
